I’ve spent the last decade helping startups and purpose-led businesses grow - from running my own ventures to leading commercial strategy, partnerships, and sales across SaaS, AI, eCommerce, and real estate.

 

Throughout the years, I’ve seen the same challenges appear again and again - unclear go-to-market plans, messy sales cycles, reactive pricing, diluted messaging, and a lack of structure that slows momentum. Too often, early-stage businesses rely on founder-led sales that don’t scale, or chase revenue without building the systems to sustain it. The result?
